摘要
经过静电处理的紫穗槐种子活力指标:电导率、呼吸强度、活力指数、脱氢酶活性及ATP含量分别为对照的91.7,112.7,129.7,128.7,107.5％;苗高、地径、合格苗产量、单株生物量分别比对照提高14.1,17.8,18.4,4.81％。
Describes the improvement of seed vigor and seedling growth of Amorpha fruticosa by electrostatic treatment. The criteria of seed vigor such as electric conductivity, respiratory Inlensity, vigro index, dehydro-genase activity and ATP content were 91.7%, 112.7%, 128.7% ands 107.5% respectively of the controls. The seedling height, basal dianeter, queli-fied seedling percent, and biomass of single seedling were increased 14.1%, 18.4% and 48.1% respectively than the controls.
