摘要
美国高校的学生评教开展至今已有80余年。在美国,各高校的学生评教趋向系统化和标准化,其组织实施完善、评价形式与内容多样、结果公布与使用相对合理,在问卷量表的设计、学生评教的效度、影响评教的背景因素等方面进行大量的实证和调查研究。美国学生评教的实践与理论研究可供我国借鉴。
College student evaluation of teaching in America has a history of over 80 years. Now it tends to be systematized and standardized in American colleges and universities. Today the student evaluation in America has perfect procedures, various forms and contents. The grades and use of the results are relatively reasonable. This paper surveys and analyzes the factors including the scales, validity and background variables, which provides reference for the practice and research of student evaluation of teaching in China.
