摘要
以运动发酵单胞菌ATCC29121为菌种,以早籼米糖化液为原料发酵生产乙醇.通过单因素试验和正交设计试验,研究了发酵温度、pH值、初糖质量浓度、接种量、发酵时间等因素对该菌乙醇产率及生物量的影响.优化后的发酵条件:发酵温度为30℃,pH值为5.5,初糖质量浓度为100g/L,接种量为10%,发酵48 h.在此条件下乙醇产率达0.4 g乙醇/g葡萄糖,葡萄糖的转化率是80.1%.
Saccharification liquid of Early-indica Rice was used as raw material to produce ethanol with the strain of Zyrnomonas mobilis ATCC29121. Fermentation conditions such as temperature, PH, initial content of sugar, time and inoculation amount were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the maximum ethanol yield could reach 0.4 g ethanol/g glucose, and the conversion rate of glucose could reach to 80.1%, when temperature was 30 ℃, PH was 5.5, initial content of sugar was 100 g/L, inoculation amount was 10 % and fermentation time reached 48 hours.
