摘要
以早籼稻糖化液为原料 ,分别用酿酒酵母、混合酵母和运动发酵单胞菌进行批式发酵生产乙醇。结果表明 ,较适合的葡萄糖浓度为 2 2 1%。酿酒酵母适合于糖化液过滤后 ,以糖化清液进行发酵 ,乙醇得率为0 463g/g ,生产速率为 2 44 8g/L·h ;混合酵母适合于以糖化液直接进行发酵 ,乙醇得率为 0 473g/g ,生产速率为2 48g/L·h ;运动发酵单胞菌适合于以糖化液直接发酵 ,乙醇得率为 0 484g/g,指数生长期生产速率为 6 17g/L·h ,该菌种较适合于连续或菌体循环发酵工艺。
Fermentation of ethanol using saccharificaion solution of rice by Saccharomyces cerevisiae ,United Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Zymomonas mobilis was studied respectively;the optimal concentration of glucose is 22 1%.Saccharomyces cerevisiae was suitable to produce enthanol with filtrate of saccharification solution.The yield and productivity of ethanol were reached 0 463g/g and 2 448g/L·h,respectively.But ,United Saccharomyces cerevisiae was appropriate to produce enthanol with saccharification solution directly.The yield and productivity of enthanol can be arrived at 0 473g/g and 2 59g/L·h,respectively.As for Zymomonas mobilis ,it was also suitable to use saccharification solution directly to produce enthanol.The highest yield and productivity of enthanol were 0 484g/g and 6 17g/L·h,The results also indicated further that Zymomonas mobilis is suitable for production of enthanol by continuous or cell-recycled fermentation.
