摘要
采用水提醇沉法从益母草中提取总生物碱,用雷氏盐剩余比色法测定盐酸水苏碱的含量,测得所提总生物碱盐中盐酸水苏碱的质量分数为53.21%,平均加样回收率为96.77%,RSD为0.59%(n=5).
The Leonurus japonicus alkaloid was prepared by the water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation method. With the reinecke salt surplus colorimetry method determination of stachydrine hydrochloride, the content of stachydrine hydrochloride was 52.08 %, the average recovery rate was 96.77 % with RSD of 0.59 % （n=5）.
