摘要
目的:建立益母草颗粒(无蔗糖型)中盐酸水苏碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Ultimate Column XB-NH2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-水(90∶10)为流动相,检测波长为192 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果:盐酸水苏碱在0.964~19.280μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 3),盐酸水苏碱平均加样回收率为97.7%,RSD为1.23%(n=6)。结论:本方法可靠性高,准确性和重复性好,适用于益母草颗粒(无蔗糖型)中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定。
Objective: To develop a method for determination of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Herba Leonuri Granules (sugar free). Methods: The analytical column of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was Ultimate Column XB-NH2 (250 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water (90:10), the flow rate was 1 ml/min. The detector wavelength was set at 192 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.964-19.280 μg for Staehydrine Hydrochloride (r=0.999 3). The average recovery of Stachydrine Hydrochloride was 97.7%, RSD=1.23% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is convenient, economical, it is adapted for use in the quantitative analysis of Stachydrine Hydrochloride.
