摘要
目的:建立抗宫炎软胶囊中益母草碱含量测定方法。方法:通过实验,对三种不同色谱条件进行筛选研究。结果与结论:该方法稳定性强、重复性好、精密度高,是目前测定抗宫炎软胶囊中益母草碱含量的较好方法。
Objective: establish measuring method of the Leonurine contents in kanggongyan soft capsules.Method: conduct on three different screenings of chromatographic conditions through the experiment.Result and Conclusion: The method is characterized as stability,good repeatability,high precision,and is the better way to measure the Leonurine content in kanggngyan soft capsules at present.
