摘要 目的采用HPLC测定合成益母草碱的含量。方法用C18色谱柱,流动相为0.025 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调pH4)-甲醇(17:83);流速0.8 ml·min^-1;检测波长277 nm,柱温为30℃。结果益母草碱进样量6.09~60.09μg·ml^-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.78%(RSD=0.55%,n=6)。结论所建方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,操作简便,可有效地测定益母草碱的含量。 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Leonurine. METHODS A C18 column was used. A flow rate of mobile phase was at 0.8 ml· min^-1. The mobile phase was a mixture of MeOH and KH2 PO4 solution (0. 025 mol·l^-1, adjust with phosphoric acid to pH4,83 : 17 ). An isoeratic elution mode was carried out with the column temperature at 30℃. The UV detection wavelength was at 277 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of rivastigmine showed a good linear regression within the range of 6.09 -60.09 μg· ml^-1( r = 0. 9998 ,n = 6). The average recovery was 99.78% with RSD of 0.55% (n = 6). CONCLUSION The HPLC method is accurate and sensitive for the determination of Leonurine.
