对我国构建终身学习体系与建设学习型社会的理论、发展战略、实践经验和制度建设等重大问题进行了深入的研究,并初步回答了我国如何构建终身学习体系和学习型社会这一紧迫而且颇具前瞻性的问题。
The article is going deep research for some important problem of our country＇s constructing whole-llfe learning system and construct- ed learning-model society＇s theory, developing strategy, practice experience and institution establishment, and initially answered the problem of the urgent and look forward of our country＇s how to construct whole-life learning system and learning model society.
