摘要
在完全竞争的市场结构下,中国商业银行理财业务存在着对外资银行产品创新的依赖,这不利于中国商业银行理财产品的创新。中国商业银行必须从理财客户角度和融资客户角度,根据不同客户的风险承受能力推出适销对路的理财产品或者解决客户对债券及股权类理财产品的需求,从而进一步提高中国商业银行理财产品的竞争力,促进理财业务的健康持续发展。
Products of finance-planning business in China's commercial banks greatly rely on those of the foreign investment banks, which go against finance-planning innovation in a fully competitive market. China's commercial banks are required to design products in the position of the customer both for investing and financing, introduce diversified products according to their different risk preference, and satisfy demand for financing products in bonds and equities. That will improve the competitive capability of China's commercial banks, as well as personal financing business.
