摘要
兰州百合具有较高的营养价值和药用价值,但是在绝大多数的生产和研究中都是将百合外皮除去后进行的,造成了资源极大的浪费。本文正是以不能被人们利用的,在百合生产中除去的百合外皮为原料,对其所含有的成分进行分析,确定了对百合皮中的有效成分果胶进行提取研究。在单因素实验中确定了正交实验的因素和水平,通过正交实验确定了最佳提取工艺条件,提取温度为45℃,pH1.5、提取时间2h、料液比1∶10时百合果胶得率最大,为3.84%。
Lanzhou Lily has a high nutritional value and medicinal value. However, it is normally produced without the skin of the lily which is a tremendous waste of resources. In this paper, the component of the skin was determined and the pectin was extracted from the skin. The best extraction conditions were identified by the orthogonal experiment. The maximum pectin yield was 3.84% at the following conditions: temperature 45℃, pH 1.5, the extraction time 2 hours and the material fluid ratio 1: 10.
