摘要
目的探寻我国医疗机构从业人员职业风险的产生原因,提出可行性建议。方法通过分析我国存在的问题,并对国外经验的分析,得出结论。结论医疗职业风险的防范与规避是一个制度性的问题,其有赖于从法律和政策层面,通过对风险的合理分配和分散来实现。
Objective We want to find the cause of professional risks of medical staffs and make feasible suggestions for medical staffs in China. Method Use the experiences of other countries and analysis the systems and problems happened in China, then make some feasible suggestions. Conclusion The prevention and avoidance of Professional risks in medical staffs is systematic issues. It depends on laws and policies, and distributes risks rationally.
