摘要
对输出电位值小于3μA的微生物膜进行再培养。结果表明,在普通培养基中加入微量的金属离子和谷氨酸,不仅可以使膜的电位值(I0)显著升高,而且稳定性好,达到重复利用微生物膜的目的。
Non- active BOD microorganism membrane by re - culture was studied. The results show that the potentiometric value can be increasing significantly with good stability while adding some trace metal elements and glutamic acid into common medium.
