摘要 取自污水处理厂曝气池的杆菌作为微生物菌种材料,进行自行分离、筛选,得到一种性能良好的微生物菌种,采用几种固定化材料对微生物进行固定、平行制膜,并对其活化、保存条件及使用性能进行了比较研究.研究表明,采用聚乙烯醇与菌种按比例混合均匀制成的夹膜具有活化周期短、测定准确度高、重现性好、使用寿命长的特点,最佳适用场合是可生化性好的生活污水BOD的测定,而对于生化性较差的废水则建议通过制作其特定的生物膜达到更好的测定效果. A kind of culture with high performance was obtained from aeration basin in municipal sewage plant, and was separated and screened. Microbial membrane was prepared by immobilizing the culture with several immobilized materials, and its activation method, conservation conditions and applied performance were also studied in this paper. It was verified that the microbial membrane prepared with PVA and culture by sandwich showed such high performance as short activating period、high determination accuracy、good reproducibility and long life period. This membrane could be used in BOD determination of sewage with good biodegradability, however, perfect determination result of wastewater with poor biodegradability would be expected by using the special membrane.
