摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定金银花中3种有机酸(绿原酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸)和3种黄酮(芦丁、木犀草苷、槲皮素)的方法。样品中6个组分用50%甲醇在80℃水浴浸泡提取1 h,采用Agilent TC-C_(18)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,用紫外二极管阵列检测器检测,方法的加标回收率为93.3%~98.6%。实验结果表明该方法的精密度和重现性良好,操作简单、准确,可同时测定金银花中的有机酸类和黄酮类成分。
The HPLC method was developed to determine chlorogenic acid, acffeic acid, ferulic acid, rutin,luteoloside and quercetin in Flos Lonicerae. The six components can be extracted from Flos Lonicerae with 50% methanol about one hour in 80 22 water bath. The extractive was separated on Agilent TC - C18 column using acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution as the mobile phase ,and was detected witha photodiode array detector. The recov- eries of six components are 93.3% -98.6%. This method was proved to be precision, repeatability, simple and accurate. It is a credible and efficient method to determine organic acids and flavonoids in Flos lonicerae.
