摘要
目的:建立RP—HPLC测定不同产地黄芩中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,AgilentTC—C18(4.6mmx250mm,5gm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(40:60)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长278nm,柱温25℃。结果:黄芩苷在0.18-0.48gg(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.56%(RSD为1.03%)。结论:所建立的方法重现性好、操作简便、结果准确可靠,为黄芩的质量评价和资源利用提供了实验依据。
Objective: To establish a method of baicalin in scutellaria baicalensis from different habitats with RP-HPLC determined. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography and chromatographic column of Agilent TC-C18(4.6mm x 250mm,tm) were used, with methanol-0.4% phos- phoric acid (40:60) as mobile phase, flow rate of 1.0mL. min-1, detection wavelength of 278nm and column temperature of 25℃. Results: Baicalin ranging from 0.18 to 0.48g (r=0.9999) presented a good linear relationship, and the average rate of recovery was 98.56% (RSD of 1.03%). Conclu- sion: The established method of good reproducibility, simple and convenient operation, accurate and reliable results, provides the experimental basis for the quality evaluation and resource utilization of seutellaria baicalensis.
