摘要
目的:考察热毒宁注射液与常用输液及其他药物配伍后的变化。方法:按中国药典2010版测定配伍后的pH值、不溶性微粒、光谱吸收变化。结果:热毒宁注射液用0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液稀释后会不同程度地析出黄棕色不溶性微粒,但前者相对较少;热毒宁注射液与pH值较高的药物如含碳酸氢钠的电解质输液、阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠静脉推注液、地塞米松磷酸钠注射液等混合后颜色变黄绿色,光谱吸收曲线改变,有效成分(绿原酸)分解。结论:热毒宁注射液宜用0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释后静脉滴注,与pH值较高的药物联用时应分开注射或在不同输液间用0.9%氯化钠注射液冲管。
To study the compatibility of Reduning injection with common medicines. Methods: In accordance with the method described in China's pharmacopoeia 2010 edition, the pH, insoluble particle, and the changes of spectral absorption after combination were assayed. Results: Reduning injection became dark, the spectral absorption curve changed, and chlorogenic acid decomposed which was a active substance when mixed with high pH injection such as injections containing sodium bicarbonate, amoxicillim/sulbactam sodium and dexamethasone sodium phosphate. Conclusions: RedUning injection should be diluted by 0, 9% sodium chloride injection and applied intravenous infusion. Medicine combination of reduning injection and high pH medicines should be applied through separate injection or flushed perfusion tube.
