摘要
根据南京地区典型年逐时气象参数,基于建筑墙体动态传热反应系数法,分析建筑围护结构动态热负荷变化,研究在东、西向朝向和不同外窗类型的前提条件下,窗墙比0.20~0.70对全年建筑供暖、空调能耗及全年总耗电量的影响规律。结果表明,东、西向均不适宜加大窗墙比,应在满足建筑室内采光的前提下,严格限制窗墙比。给出了在满足节能50%条件下东、西向窗墙比的取值。
According to time by time meteorological parameters of representative year in Nanjing area, based on the method of building wall dynamic thermal transmission reactivity coefficient and analyze the dynamic thermal load variation of building exterior-protected construction, study the rule of influence of window-wall ratio 0.2 -0.7 on annual consumption of building heating and air conditioning as well as on annual total power consumption under the precondition of east-facing and west-facing and different outside window types. The result shows that the window-wall ratios of east-facing and west-facing should not be increased and the window-wall ratio should be in close restraint under the precondition of building indoor lighting is satisfied. The value to be taken for east-facing and west-facing window-wall ratio is given under the condition of 50% energy saving is satisfied.
