摘要
以既有办公建筑为研究对象,通过改变建筑办公区域的空间模式分析建筑房间内壁面温度和热流量、室内温度、办公区域冷负荷和人体舒适度的变化。研究我国不同气候区的建筑冷负荷的变化情况,指出空间大小可引起室内温度的变化,同时影响人体舒适度。最后分析某一固定空间模式下采用夜间通风效果,包括内壁面温度的变化情况、不同气候区采用夜间通风后对冷负荷的影响以及人体舒适度的变化。研究表明,采用夜间通风可以在一定程度上降低建筑能耗并提高人体舒适度。
Taking the existing office building as the research object, the changes of some parameters, including the temperature and heat flow rate of the indoor wall of the building, the indoor temperature, the cooling load of the office area and the human body comfort, are analyzed by means of changing the space modes of the office area. The changes of the cooling load of buildings in different climate zones are explored. It is indicated that the size of the space can cause the changes for the indoor temperature and affect human body comfort. In addition, the effects of night ventilation in a certain fixed space mode, including the changes in indoor wall temperature, the impact of night ventilation in different climate zones on the cooling load and the changes of human body comfort, are analyzed. The study results show that night ventilation can reduce building energy consumption and improve human body comfort to a certain degree.
