摘要
对魔芋飞粉总黄酮含量进行了测定及初步鉴定,并对最佳提取条件进行了探讨。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:提取剂为质量分数80%的乙醇,料液比为1:30,于温度50℃下回流2h。在此条件下,测得魔芋飞粉中总黄酮含量为3.487mg/g。初步鉴定表明,魔芋飞粉中含有黄酮、异黄酮、查耳酮、双氢黄酮等化合物。
The content identification and extraction process of total flavonoids from konjac powder. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions as follows, extraction with 60% ethanol, solvent ratiol : 30 (g : mL) at 50℃ for 2 hours, the content of total flavonoids was 3.487 mg/g.
