摘要
采用庚二酸对硅灰石进行表面处理,研究了复合材料的力学和结晶性能。DSC和WAXD结果表明,庚二酸处理的比未处理硅灰石有更强的诱发聚丙烯β晶的能力。偏光显微镜观察表明,庚二酸处理硅灰石大大减小了β晶的粒径,改善了硅灰石与聚丙烯的相容性。
Polypropylene/wollastonite composites were prepared by melt blending method, in which wollastonite was surfaced treated by pimelic acid. The mechanical properties and crystallization behavior of polypropylene/wollastonite composites were investigated. The results show that the flexural modulus and break down elongation of the polypropylene/pimelic acid treated wollastonite are increased at different levels. When the 5 % pimelic acid treated wollastonite is added, the notched impact strength reaches the highest value 17.33 kJ/m^2, that is 3.19 times greater than that of the blank PP. The results of DSC and WAXD prove that both the wollastonite and pimelic acid treated wollastonite have the ability to induce β-crystalline form. The PLM results show that the pimelic acid treated wollastonite decreases the size of β-crystalline form and increases the compatibility between polypropylene and wollastonite.
