摘要
考察了两种硅灰石填充聚丙烯的力学性能。结果表明,在一定的填充量范围内,两种硅灰石都能提高聚丙烯的冲击强度,硅灰石填充材料表面以适当的偶联剂进行改性处理后,对聚丙烯的增韧效果更明显。随硅灰石填充量的增加,硅灰石填充聚丙烯材料的拉伸强度稍有下降。
The effect of two kinds of wollastotlite on tile mechanical properties of PP was studied respectively. The result indicates that within certain range of filling amount, both two kinds of wollaslonite can improve the impact strength of PP, especially when surface is treated with proper coupling agent. With the increasing of the filling amount, PP tensile strength decreases slightly.
