摘要
随着人力资本对组织发展重要性的日益提高、随着以人为本管理思想的深入人心,忠诚这个古老的人文概念越来越被组织所重视。如何有效使用和留住员工,组织与员工之间的双向忠诚是关键。加强双向忠诚管理,推动组织与员工之间合作博弈机制的形成,建立起有效的相互信任关系,是提高组织运营效率、形成新的竞争优势的必由之路。
As the improvement of importance of human capital for the development of enterprises and along with humanist management thought sinking deep into the hearts of the people, the ancient humanities concept of loyalty is more and more organized to take. The two-way loyalty between the organization and employees is the key step how to use and stay employees. Strengthen the two-way loyalty management to push the formation of cooperation and game and establish the useful trust of new employees and enterprises is the good way to improve the managerial efficiency and form the new competitive advantages of enterprises.
