缺血再灌注后幼狗心肌细胞膜系统的超微结构变化

摘要 应用冷冻蚀刻技术及细胞化学方法,在透射电镜观察下,探讨结合在心肌细胞膜上的糖蛋白与能量代谢的关系,从细胞和分子水平来研究糖蛋白的定位、定性、结构与功能的改变.观察三磷酸腺苷氯化镁对缺氧缺糖后再给氧给糖幼狗心肌细胞超微结构的影响,进一步阐明心肌缺血再灌注损伤的发生机理. Application of freeze replica techenique and cellchemistry method in condition that transimissive electron microstope is used.The results showed that there was evidence that ConA receptor was prensent on mitochondrion and cell membrance of cardiac cell. The dense positive reactivity of ConA receptors decreased significantly even negative after the cells underwent hypoxiareoxygenation process, but not decreased when ATPMgCl2 used the positive reativity was similart normal group. The exiperiment demonstrates that the reagents may protect the cardiac cell membrane from typoxia and reoxygenation.
