摘要
以醋酸铜和碳纳米管为原料,采用溶胶浸渍法在常压低温(100℃)下制备出CuO/CNTs复合催化剂,采用XRD、TEM、ICP等对催化剂进行表征,并用DSC研究催化剂对FOX-12热分解特性的影响。TEM结果表明,纳米CuO以8-10 nm的椭球形粒子和宽度为5 nm、长度为50 nm的棒状粒子2种形态附着在碳纳米管表面。催化剂使FOX-12分解峰温降低、放热量增加、表观活化能降低,表现出良好的催化性能。当FOX-12与催化剂以质量比5:1混合时,FOX-12热分解峰温降低了20.3℃,ΔH增加了332 J/g。
Taking cupric acetate and carbon nano-tubes as the reactant, CuO/CNTs composite catalyst was prepared by means of sol-infusion method under normal pressure and low temperature ( at 100℃ ). The catalyst was characterized by XRD, TEM and ICP. The effects of catalyst on thermal decomposition of FOX-12 were investigated by DSC. The TEM results show that CuO nano- particles attach on the surface of carbon nanotubes with two kinds of morphologies, i.e. ellipsoidal particles of 8 - 10 nm in diameter and rodlike particles of 5 nm in width and 50 nm in length. The catalyst can reduce the decomposition peak temperature and apparent activation energy, and raise the exothermic quantity of FOX-12, which presents excellent catalytic performance. When the mass ratio of FOX-12 and the catalyst is 5 : 1, the catalyst can reduce the thermal decomposition peak temperature of FOX-12 by 20.3℃ and increase the exothermie quantity (△H) by 332 J/g.
