摘要 以铜-铅螯合物为活性组分,介孔炭为载体,采用反应沉淀制备了铜-铅-炭复合燃速催化剂。通过N2吸附-脱附、SEM、TG和DSC等对其进行表征。结果表明,铜-铅螯合物呈不规则球形,铜-铅-炭复合催化剂呈球花状。BET比表面积为28m2/g,孔容为0.012cm3/g。在20MPa压强下含铜-铅-炭复合催化剂的双基推进剂的燃速为27.59mm/s,4~20MPa的压强指数由0.96降至0.48。 The copper-lead-carbon composite burning rate catalyst was prepared by a reactive precipitation method using copper-lead chelate compound as active component and mesoporous carbon as carrier.The samples were characterized with N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,TG and DSC.The results show that the copper-lead-carbon composite burning rate catalyst emerges in cone-shaped aggregates,aggregates of monomers is the sheet structure.specific surface area is 28 m2/g and pore volume is 0.629 cm3/g.The burning rate of double-base propellant with copper-lead-carbon composite at 20 MPa is 27.59 mm/s,and pressure exponent decreased from 0.96 to 0.48 over the pressure range from 4 MPa to 20 MPa.
