摘要 低地球轨道的原子氧化学性能非常活泼,能使金属铜氧化。XRD(X射线衍射)、XPS(X射线光电子谱)分析结果表明:原子氧作用后,铜的表面生成了氧化铜和氧化亚铜,从而使铜的导电性能、光学性能、焊接性能和结构强度下降。铜与原子氧的氧化反应与温度有关,随着反应温度的增加,反应更加容易。地面试验结果表明:生成的氧化铜或氧化亚铜在原子氧撞击作用下,从试样表面脱落,并沉积到其他试样的表面,从而对其他表面产生较为严重的污染。该研究结果可为在轨航天器污染控制提供参考。 Atomic oxygen in a low earth orbit is very active in chemical reactions,and it can oxidate copper. XRD and XPS results show that cupric oxide and cuprous oxide were formed on the surface of the copper sample exposed to atomic oxygen,with changes in the sample's electrical,optical,mechanical properties and its weldability. The oxidation of copper by atomic oxygen appeares to be temperature-sensitive: the reaction proceeds more readily with increasing temperature. Ground-test results show that cupric oxide or cuprous oxide formed on the surface of copper may break off by atomic oxygen impacting,to contaminate other surfaces. Test results offer a reference for contamination control of spacecraft in the earth orbit.
