摘要
ARJ21-700飞机采用尾吊式发动机布局,特定条件下自表面脱落的冰块对发动机构成安全威胁。为研究冰块形状、姿态及脱落位置对进入发动机的概率的影响,本文应用课题组自主研发的流体计算软件MBNS3D,求得ARJ21-700飞机定常流场,建立不同冰型的气动力数据库;通过对脱落冰块求解六自由度方程,得到冰块自飞机头部和机翼上表面脱落的运动轨迹。研究发现,该方法可以准确、快速进行大量轨迹计算,通过对冰块运动轨迹进行分析,总结冰块被吸入发动机的规律,为ARJ21-700飞机适航提供依据。
Rear fuselage mounted engine is applied on ARJ21-700aerocraft.Under some special conditions,the ice shedding from the surface may do harm to the engine.In order to research the relationship between the ice shape,shedding pose or shedding position and the probability of entering engine,MBNS3Dis employed to calculate the flowfield of ARJ21-700and variable ice shapes,and the trajectories of ice shedding from head and upper wing of craft are calculated by solvering six-degree equations.It is found that this method can calculate large amount of trajectories quickly and precisely.Finally,the rule of ice blocks being pulled into the engine is concluded,to provide surpport to the airworthy certification of ARJ21-700.
