摘要
建立了航空发动机吞冰进气及冰轨迹CFD虚拟试验验证模型。研究发动机进气吞冰进气条件下,冰块六自由度运动姿态和轨迹的流场快速模拟方法,基于吞冰流场计算方法建立了一套规范化的快速分析方法和流程,并基于Fluent求解器,开发工程化评估软件。基于该方法和软件系统可以为航空发动机进气条件下的冰轨迹,预测提供可靠的数值评估手段,可以有效节约试验成本、提升研发效率。
A CFD virtual experimental verification model for ice trajectory of aeroengine under ice swallowing condition is established.Firstly,the fast CFD simulation method of ice 6-DOF motion attitude and trajectory is studied;secondly,a set of standardized fast analysis method and process is established based on the above method;finally,the engineering evaluation software is developed based on Fluent solver.The method and software system can provide a reliable numerical evaluation method for ice trajectory prediction under aero-engine intake conditions,which not only effectively saves the test cost,but also improves the research and development efficiency.
