摘要
基于某微型客车车架的三维CAD模型,运用先进的前处理软件Hypermesh,经过几何元素的合理修改和简化重构,建立了车架结构的详细有限元模型;计算了该车架结构在自由状态下的振动模态,并与整车模态结果进行对比,分析了车架结构模态与整车模态的异同;计算了车架的弯曲刚度和扭转刚度,绘制了车架变形曲线,并对车架结构的设计做出了定性的评价。
Based on 3D CAD models of a minibus vehicle frame, through reasonable simplification, establishes the detailed finite element model in shell elements. The vibration mode of the vehicle frame structure is calculated under free condition, and is compared with the result of white body analysis. At the same time, bending rigidity and torsion rigidity of this frame are calculated, this supplies with correlation basis for the white body finite element analysis.
