摘要
目的:观察参芪扶正注射液对气虚患者免疫功能调节的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分成两组,治疗组予参芪扶正注射液250 ml,ivd,qd;对照组予卡介菌多糖核酸(斯奇康)0.5 mg,im,每周3次;疗程为两周;两组于给药前后抽血检验,观察NK细胞、免疫球蛋白IgA、补体C_3表达的变化。结果:两组均能显著上调NK细胞、免疫球蛋白IgA、补体C_3表达水平,P>0.05,组间比较无统计学意义。结论:参芪扶正注射液能有效地提高气虚患者免疫功能。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of ShenQiFuZheng injection accommodate immunity of patient with deficiency of vital energy. Method： Sixty patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and control group, the treatment group was treated with ShenQiFuZheng injection, the control group was treated with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid （SiQiKang injection）. NK cell,IgA and C3 were measured before and after treatment. Result： The level of NK cell,IgA and C3 were elevated after treatment in both groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： ShenQiFuZheng injection can evidently elevate the level of NK cell, IgA and C3.
