一份新的水稻淡黄叶色突变体的叶色表现及叶片结构的观察 被引量:2

摘要 对水稻淡黄叶突变体安农标810S及其对照安农810S的叶色表现及叶片结构进行了观察和研究,结果表明:突变体从第1片完全叶开始即呈现叶色淡黄,并且在全生育过程中,一直保持淡黄叶性状不发生改变。这样可以快速、准确地从两系法杂交水稻的F1群体中区分不育系自交苗或从繁殖群体中区分杂株。通过石蜡切片观察,突变体叶片结构与安农810S相比无明显变化;通过电镜观察叶绿体超微结构,突变体叶绿体内部结构也未见明显改变。 The observation on the leaf colour and leaf structure of Annongbiao 810S and the comparison between Annongbiao 810S and Annong 810S showed that the mutant always appeared yellowish from the first leaf of seedling to the whole plant at maturity stage. Therefore, the yellowish seedlings/plants of Annongbiao 810S could be easily distinguished from self - pollinated Annongbiao 810S seedlings in F, populations or from Annongbiao 810S seedlings/plants in seed multiplication fields. Armongbiao 810S and Annong 810S had no significant difference in leaf structure. In addition, their chloroplast ultrastrueture had no significant change observed by electronic microscope.
