摘要
对水稻淡黄叶自然突变体安农标810S及其野生型安农810S的光合特性进行了比较研究,结果表明,安农标810S在整个生长发育阶段总叶绿素含量均显著低于安农810S,但安农标810S与安农810S各自所配的杂交F1代叶绿素含量没有显著差异;安农标810S的叶绿素a/b比值明显大于安农810S;从净光合速率来看,无论是一天中的不同时间段,还是在不同发育时期,安农标810S均高于安农810S;安农标810S的繁殖产量高于安农810S。说明安农标810S既是叶色标记明显的突变材料,也是高光效的水稻变异材料,在杂交水稻种子纯度鉴定和高光效育种方面应用前景广阔。
The photosynthetic characteristics of the yellowish leaf mutant rice Annong Biao 810S and its wild type Annong 810S were comparatively studied. The results showed that the total chlorophyll content in the mutant line was significantly lower than that of its wild type in the whole growing period, but there was not a significant difference between the FI hybrids of Annong Biao 810S/D100 and Annong 810S/D100 in chlorophyll content. The Ch1. a/Ch1, b ratio in the mutant line was higher than that in its wild type from seedling to heading stages. The net photosynthetic rates of the mutant line at tillering and heading stages and in different periods of a day at heading stage were higher than those of its wild type. The yield of the mutant line in its multiplication was higher than that of its wild type. It is concluded that Annong Biao 810S is not only a leaf colour marker mutant line but also a material with higher photosynthetic efficiency, which would have a wide applied prospect in purity identification of hybrid. rice seeds and in breeding of high photosynthetic efficiency.
