摘要
目的:通过预实验,初步了解山核桃叶和美国山核桃叶中的化学成分。方法:采用化学成分系统预试法,分别对山核桃叶和美国山核桃叶的水提取液、乙醇提取液和石油醚提取液进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的颜色反应或沉淀反应,初步推断两种植物叶中可能含有的化学成分。结果:两者所含的化学成分类型基本相同,可初步确定其可能含有多糖、鞣质、酚类、有机酸、黄酮类、蒽醌类、强心苷、三萜类化合物及其皂苷等化学成分。结论:首次报道山核桃叶和美国山核桃叶化学成分预试验,有利于对其有效成分的提取、分离、纯化研究,为今后深入研究与开发利用该资源提供一定的研究基础。
Objective: To study the chemical components in the leaves of carya cathayensis and Carya illinoensis nsis by preliminary test. Methods : Some researches were made of the extracted mixture for the leaves of carya cathayensis and C. illinoensis from water, ethanol and petroleum ether by systematic preliminary test. And the chemical components in the leaves of.the two plants was primarily demonstracted according to color reaction or precipitation reaction with various indicator. Results : Two of them may contain the same chemical component patterns, polyose, acid tannic, phenols, organic acid, flavonoids, anthraquinone, cardiac glycoside, triterpenoids and its saponin etc. Conclusion: This text is the first one to report the preliminary test for the chemical components in the leaves of Carya ccahayensis and C. illinoiensis. It may be beneficial to the research on extraction, separation and purification of effective components in the leaves of Carya cathayensis and C. illinoensis, and provide rseareh basis for further research and exploitation of the resources.
