摘要 超声微泡造影剂在聚焦超声无创性开放血脑屏障的过程中具有非常重要的作用,本文就其发展历程、机制、安全性、时效和量效关系进行概述和探讨。 Ultrasound microbubble agents have showed great importance in the blood brain barrier (BBB) disruption induced by focused ultrasound noninvasively. This article reviewed the history, mechanisms, safety,time arid dose-effect re lationship of ultrasound mierobubble agents in the EBB disruption.
