摘要 近年来大量实验结果表明,超声波及超声造影剂均可应用于溶栓治疗。但由于使用方法不同,作用机制不同等,溶栓效果亦有所不同。本文针对超声波及超声微泡造影剂在溶栓治疗中的研究现状及存在的问题作一综述。 In recent years, a large number of experimental results have demonstrated that ultrasound and ultrasound mi crobubble contrast agents could resolve thrombus. With different methods and different mechanism, the effect of thrombol ysis is different. In this article, current research status and problems of ultrasound and ultrasound microbubble contrast a gents in the thrombolysis were reviewed.
