摘要
目的:观察低频超声与尿激酶联合应用对体外血栓的促溶作用,并对其作用机理进行探讨。方法:制备全血血栓块按照不同实验方法分组:(1)生理盐水组(NS组);(2)尿激酶组(UK组);(3)超声组(US组);(4)超声联合尿激酶组(UK+US组)进行处理,检测处理后的血块重量丢失比和纤维蛋白降解产物D-D二聚体含量评价各组处理的溶栓效果。结果:US组与NS组相比血块重量丢失比和D-D二聚体含量的差异均有统计学差异意义,说明低频超声有明确的促溶作用;UK+US组的血块重量丢失比和纤维蛋白降解产物D-D二聚体含量相比UK组或US组均有显著的统计学差异。结论:低频超声可促进尿激酶的溶栓作用。
Objective.To observe thrombolytic effects of urokinase in combination with low-frequency ultrasound in vitro and discuss its mechanism. Methods.. To prepare whole blood clots and according to the treatmentand divide the clots into 4 groups: (1) normal saline group (NS group) ; (2) urokinase group (UK group);(3) ultrasound group (US group);(4) ultrasonic combined with urokinase group (UK+US group). After treatment clot lysis was evaluated by each group's clot mass loss and the concentrations of D-dimer a fibrin degradation product. Results: Comparing with the NS group, the US group has significant statistical differences in clot mass loss and the concentrations of D-dimer, it shows that low-frequency ultrasonic can enhance the clot lysis. Comparing with UK or US group alone, the group of ultrasonic combined with urokinase group showed significant statistical differeneesclot mass loss and the concentrations of D-dime. Conclusion: Low-frequency ultrasound coould accelerate thrombolysis effects of urokinase in vitro.
