摘要
在W3C协会的WAI组织制定的网页内容规范的基础上,结合我国的具体国情,阐述无障碍网页设计的必要性,指出无障碍网页开发应遵循4个可及性原则,列出无障碍网页规范化的13个方面的具体要求,并结合图书馆网站开发的特点,提出图书馆在网站无障碍化设计中应遵循的具体步骤。
Based on the standardization of web design which constituted by WAI （Web Accessibility Initiative） of W3C （World Wide Consortium） ,the author attempts to explain the necessity of the accessibility for web page and promotes the readability of web page from four principles. The author also lays down thirty requirements for accessibility in web page design, describes the steps of the standardization of accessible web page design for library.
