摘要
信息无障碍建设是一项保证弱势群体平等获取信息的社会公益事业。目前,我国学者对信息无障碍的研究主要集中于以下几个方面:信息无障碍的发展历程、信息无障碍建设的技术和标准、国内外有关信息无障碍的政策法规以及加快信息无障碍建设的对策探讨等,文章对以上问题的不同学术观点进行了简单梳理和分析,为该领域的进一步研究与发展提供借鉴和参考。
Information accessibility construction is a social welfare service for vulnerable groups to obtain information equally. At present, for the Chinese scholars, their research mainly focused on the following aspects： progression of information accessibility, information accessibility standards and technologies, do- mestic and international policies and regulations related to it, countermeasures to speed up the construction of the information accessibility, etc. This paper summarizes and analyses the different academic viewpoints of the above issues simply to provide references for further study in this field.
