摘要
介绍了信息无障碍服务的概念和特征,分析了高校图书馆开展信息无障碍服务的意义,指出了国内高校图书馆信息无障碍服务目前仍处于初级阶段,提出了重视无障碍服务、完善相关制度、加强无障碍服务的软硬件建设、建立合作机制、改善服务模式等建议。
after a brief description of the concept and features of information accessibility service, its significance in academic library was analyzed. Then, it was pointed out that information accessibility service in academic library was still at its primary stage, and certain suggestions were put forward for improving information accessibility service in academic library, such as attaching importance to information accessibility service, perfecting its related rules, strengthening its hard and software construction, establishing its cooperation system and improving its service pattern.
