摘要
工作环境权是一些国家在劳动安全卫生权的基础上发展起来的一项新兴权利。工作环境权的确立体现了体面劳动的理念和对劳动者心理健康的关注,并且与环境权的发展相契合。我国应当加强工作环境权的立法工作,促进劳动者生命安全、身心健康和人格尊严的全面保护。
The right to working environment is a newly-developed kind of right based on the right to labor safety and sanitary in many countries. The right to working environment not only shows that people paid attention to the laborers＇ physical and mental health, but also shows the right is related to the right to environment. We should enhance our labor legislation on the right to working environment so that we can promote the overall protection for the laborers＇ life security, their physical and mental heahh and dignity.
