日光温室不同彩色甜椒品种比较试验 被引量:3

摘要 本试验选用5个红色彩色甜椒品种和5个黄色彩色甜椒品种,在北京地区高效节能日光温室种植条件下,对其果实产量、果实性状和果实品质进行测定。结果表明:供试红色彩椒品种的平均产量、平均单果重、平均单株结果数均高于供试黄色彩椒品种。与绿熟果比较,彩色甜椒商品成熟果中Vc含量、硝酸盐含量增加,而含水量下降。红色彩椒品种和黄色彩椒品种中,红英达与塔兰多分别具有较高的经济产量、单果重、可食部分比例、Vc含量和可溶性糖含量,综合性状较好。 This paper investigated the fruit yield, characters and quality of five red pepper and five yellow pepper varieties in helio- grdenhouse. The result showed that the average fruit yield, mass per fruit and fruit number per plant were higher in red pepper varieties than those in yellow ones. Compared with green-ripe fruit, vitamin C and nitrate content increased in marketable mature fruit, but absolute water content decreased. The comprehensive characters of Indra F1 (red pepper variety) and Taranto F1 (yellow pepper variety) were superior to other experiment varieties in fruit yield, mass per fruit, edible proportion of fruit, vitamin C and soluble sugar content.
