摘要
本试验以青椒为供试植物,用不同浓度沼液代替无机营养液进行有机基质栽培。研究结果表明:沼液处理能明显提高青椒的产量,其中以处理T2产量最高,产量为78456kg/hm2。沼液还能提高青椒商品果合格率,沼液处理和对照相比,均具有极显著差异,处理T2最高,达94.1%。而对照为64.3%。沼液降低了青椒果实硝酸盐含量,并且达到极显著水平。T1处理青椒果实硝酸盐含量最低,平均为16.26mg/kg,而对照为57.88mg/kg。施用沼液不能提高青椒果实VC含量,但施用沼液可降低果实的酸度,糖酸比以T2为最高,因此沼液能使青椒果实的口味有所提高。沼液对青椒果实可溶性糖含量的影响差异不显著。
This experiment uses anaerobic liquid manures instead of inorganic nutrition to cultivate green peppers. The results indicate anaerobic liquid manures has obvious influence on the output of the green peppers,in which the output of T2 is highest. The yield is 78456kg/hm^2 The commodity fruit passing rate of green pepper is increased strikingly by anaerobic liquid manures handling,especially by T2,reaching 94.1% when compared with the contrast,reaching 64.3%. The fruit's nitric acid salt content processed by TI is lowest,averaging at 16.2609mg/kg when compared with the contrast. Thc application of biogas slurry can reduce fruit acidity but it can not improve its VC content. The highest ratio of sugar to acid appears in T2. Anaerobic liquid manures can improve taste of green peppers and it has little effect on the content of soluble sugar in the fruit.
