摘要
采用盆栽试验方法,探讨模拟酸雨对白菜的生长过程中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐积累转化的影响.结果表明:氮素的质量浓度是影响白菜生长过程中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐积累的主要因素;在生长中期,白菜中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐积累的量最多,然后开始下降,在收获时期达到最少.在相同质量浓度的氮肥条件下,模拟酸雨对白菜的生长、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐积累的影响从高到低依次为pH4.5,pH5.6,pH3.5.根据相应的安全评价标准,在pH4.5条件下或在高质量浓度尿素条件下,收获期白菜中硝酸盐的含量达到二级标准.在pH4.5的酸雨条件下,白菜中亚硝酸盐含量都接近或超过国家卫生标准;在pH5.6模拟酸雨条件下,高质量浓度尿素增加白菜中亚硝酸盐含量超标的可能性.
A pot experiment was carried out to explore the effect of simulated acid rain on the accumulation of nitrate and nitrite in the cabbage. The results indicated that concentration of fertilizer was the main factor in increasing contents of nitrate and nitrite in the cabbage. At the middle time, the accumulations of nitrate and nitrite were higher than those of other times. After that, the concentrations of nitrate and nitrite in the cabbage decreased. Under the same concentration of CO(NH2)2 condition, the effects of the simulated acid rain on the growth of cabbage, and the concentrations of nitrate and nitrite in the cabbage followed: pH4.5〉pHS.6〉pH3.5. According to the security assessment standard, the concentrations of nitrate in the cabbage were higher than those of the hygienical criterion stipulated under pH 4.5 of simulated acid rain condition or high concentration of CO(NH2)2. The concentrations of nitrite in the cabbage were higher than those of safety requirements under pH 4.5 condition. Hazard of nitrite was enhanced with higher concentration of CO(NH2)2 under pH 5.6 of simulated acid rain.
