浸泡消毒对硅橡胶印模表面质量的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的评价两种硅橡胶印模材(缩合型硅橡胶和加成型硅橡胶)分别接受2%酸性戊二醛、84消毒液(有效氯含量为0.3%)30分钟浸泡处理后,其石膏模型表面细节再现性和表面粗糙度的变化,进而筛选出适宜的消毒剂。方法采用美国牙医协会(ADA)推荐使用的模具制取印模。每种印模材分别接受两种消毒液(浸泡30min)处理,另设不处理组作为对照。通过对标志线观察估分,评定模型的细节再现性;应用表面形貌仪测定其表面粗糙度。结果2%酸性戊二醛和84消毒液浸泡消毒两种硅橡胶印模材,均未对表面细节再现性和表面粗糙度有显著影响。结论对于硅橡胶印模材可以应用2%酸性戊二醛和84消毒液浸泡消毒30min,不会影响其表面质量。 Objective To evaluate the surface detail reproduction and roughness of the stone cast after two kinds of silicone impression materials were disinfected by 2% acid glutaraldehyde and 0. 3% sodium hypochlorite. Methods Impressions were taken with two kinds of silicone impression materials, and then immersed in disinfectants 2% acid glutaraldehyde and 0. 3% sodium hypochlorite for 30 minutes, respectively. Impressions without disinfectant treatment served as the controls. The stone casts duplicated by disinfected impressions were scored to access the detail reproduction. The surface roughness was also evaluated by Talysurf 5p-120. Results Disinfection by the two disinfectants did not affect the surface detail reproduction and roughness of the stone cast. Conclusion Silicone impression materials can be disinfected by 2% acid glutaraldehyde and 0. 3% sodium hypochlorite for 30 minutes without affecting surface quality.
