摘要
教学团队建设是教育部"质量工程"建设的重要组成部分。通过建立团队合作机制,来推动教学内容和方法的研究与改革,促进教学研究和教学经验交流,对于提高教师的教学水平,提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。本文结合教学实践,就教学团队的形式、团队建设中存在的问题、加强教学团队建设的措施等方面进行了初步探讨。
The construction of a teaching team is an important composing part of the ＂Quality Project＂ of the National Ministry of Education. The mechanism of a cooperative teaching team will reinforce the research into and reform of teaching contents and methods, facilitate the studies of teaching science, teaching updating and experience communication so as to improve the teaching qualit. This article combines the teaching practice and makes researches into the construction of a sound teaching team, problems in existence and measures to be taken in the process.
