摘要
演化经济学为研究竞争优势提供了一个全新的视角,它基于有限理性假设,建立非均衡性和动态的理论框架,采用惯例作为企业演化的"基因",注重多样性和新奇性,对于揭示竞争优势的演化过程有重要意义。从惯例的视角出发,基于竞争优势理论,结合演化经济学理论,分析了企业竞争优势演化的过程,探讨了惯例、搜寻机制和选择环境在竞争优势演化过程中的作用;构筑了一个从惯例构建到企业竞争优势形成的理论框架,并从惯例的产生与遗传、选择环境、搜寻机制等角度对该框架作了较为详细的分析。
Evolutionary economics the bounded rationality assumption, ne＂ for the enterprises evolution, provides a new perspective to study enterprises competitive advantage. It bases builds a non-balanced and dynamic theoretical framework, uses routine as the ＂geand focuses on diversity and novelty. It is very important to reveal the evolution of enterprises competitive advantage. From the routine perspective and based on the theories of competitive advantage and evolutionary economics, this paper firstly analyses the evolution process of the enterprises competitive advantage. Then it puts forward a theoretical framework from routine construction to enterprises competitive advantage formation.
