摘要
企业成长的核心问题在于企业竞争优势。企业竞争优势观的发展趋势表明,竞争优势并非来自企业外部环境和有形资产,而来自企业内部的无形资产。中国家族企业内部关系复杂、差序式管理、家长式领导以及企业主能力缺陷等内部特征影响其对无形资产的学习和整合,阻碍了企业成长。组织认同是企业整合内部资源的有效手段,可成为中国家族企业打造竞争优势的着力点。
The essential problem of firm growth is how to grasp and keep competitive advantage. The developing trend of competitive advantage theories demonstrates that interior intangible assets instead of the exterior environment and tangible assets are the sources of competitive advantage. Some features of family firms in China reduced their capability to obtain and integrate these intangible assets, and thus interfered their growth. Organizational identification is an effective managerial method to integrate resources and can be treated as the key factor of family firms ' growth in China.
