摘要
企业IT能力(information technology capability)作为企业竞争优势的重要来源已经得到战略管理领域的认可,但是,有关IT能力是如何形成的至今没有得到很好的解释。为了更好的解释这一问题,从动态能力和惯例相结合的视角,应用系统分析方法,以IT惯例为基本分析单位,深入剖析企业IT能力动态形成过程。首先从动态能力的视角提出IT能力的概念,将IT能力视为企业的一种动态能力。其次,在对动态能力与IT能力的关系分析基础之上,提出了企业IT能力形成的概念模型,剖析了IT能力形成的动力机制和实现机制。最后,对其形成过程进行了定量化描述。通过分析可知,企业IT能力的形成是一个动态适应的过程,是IT惯例形成与变异的过程。
The enterprise information technology capability as an important source of competitive advan-tage has been strongly emphasized in the strategic management literature, yet the formation of IT capabili-ty are not well explained. To fill this gap, this paper takes IT routine as the unit of analysis, deep analyzesthe formation of IT capabilities from a combination perspective of dynamic capabilities and routines, anduses the system analysis methodology to study the formation process of IT capability. This paper put for-ward the concept of IT capability from the dynamic capabilities perspective firstly and take IT capabilityas a kind of dynamic capability. And then based on the analysis of the relationship between dynamic capa-bilities and IT capabilities, we propose the conceptual model of IT capability, and analyze the implementa-tion mechanism and dynamic mechanism. Finally, we describe the formation of IT capability by usingquantitative method. The results show that the formation of enterprise IT capability is a dynamic adaptionprocess, and also is a formation and variation process of IT routines.
