摘要
采用后嫁接法在温和条件下制得了4种嫁接在硅胶上的离子液体,用傅里叶变换红外光谱、元素分析、N2吸附-脱附、热重等手段对其进行了表征,并考察了其对于c02与环氧丙烷(P0)环加成反应的催化性能。结果表明,离子液体以共价键嫁接到硅胶上,具有较好的热稳定性;在无溶剂条件下,在CO2与PO环加成反应中表现出较好的催化活性;其中嫁接在硅胶上的1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑的氢氧化物([Bmim-10H/SiO2)的催化效果最好,PO的转化率大于99%,碳酸丙烯酯(PC)的选择性达到100%。
Four kinds of ionic liquids were grafted on mesoporous SiO2 by post-grafting method under mild conditions and the as-prepared ionic liquids were characterized by means of FTIR, element analysis, N2 adsorption-desorption and TG-DTA. The results revealed that the ionic liquid (IL) was grafted by covalent bonds between IL and mesoporous SiO2, which promoted the thermal stability of the IL. The IL catalyst showed good performance for cycloaddition of CO2 and PO without solvent. Among the IL catalysts used, GILs [Bmim]OH/SiO2 showed the best activity. The conversion of PO could reach up to 99% and the selectivity of propylene carbonate was about 100%.
